Supplements & Discounts
The Single Supplement is 50% on the rates in twin as per
above except the categories XE, XF, XG, SJ & S where the single supplement is 100%.
§ Infants up to 2 years of age in the same cabin with 2
paying pax pay only port charges.
§ Children from 2 to 16 years of age in the same cabin with 2
paying pax pay only port charges.

Surcharges
§ The new pricing reflects costs and exchange rate, etc., valid
at May 11th, 2010. In the event of any significant change to
these figures, additional surcharges may be implemented.
§ Louis Cruises commits itself to return fuel supplement to its
guests in the form of on-board credit as follows:
° 50% should the average ICE Brent rate be below US$ 90.00
for the two weeks preceding the departure date.
° The full amount should the average ICE Brent rate be below
US$ 70.00 for the two weeks preceding the departure date.

Smart Rate Validity
The SMART rates are valid in each cabin category on a limited cabin stock until the exhaustion of this stock. However, the cruise company reserves the right to revise the Smart Rates at any time without prior notice.

>60 days prior to sailing loss of deposit
60 - 46 days prior to sailing 10% cancellation fees apply
45 - 31 days prior to sailing 25% cancellation fees apply
30 - 16 days prior to sailing 50% cancellation fees apply
15 - 08 days prior to sailing 75% cancellation fees apply
